Jarmo Leppänen, cycles to work around 40 kilometers every day. He recently came back from his second marathon. Leppänen is also involved with art, and is teaching painting workshops in Kannus.

Nasta is a cat that is almost co-owned by all of the apartment building residents. He joins the mailman in the morning to deliver the mail and rides with residents in the elevator. Sometimes he takes naps with the elderly ladies in the building and accidentally locks himself in wrong apartments.

Haven't posted much lately. My last two week 12h/day "sport gig" was quite demanding, as if spending most of the days in the field boiling in the sun wasn't enough, I also got sick during the last week. Fortunately the fever got down after four days.

On Saturday I was photographing the Katu on punk (Street is/goes Punk) street party in Helsinki. I was quite surprised when the familiar symptoms of fever came back. As this event happens only once a year, I stayed there until the night..

It wasn't probably that good idea. At home I went straight to the bed under two blankets, and there I've been since then.

Yesterday the fever got lower from the 39.3°C (quite high for me, normally it's 36.6), so I could make a visit to the hospital.

Swine flu, it could be, the doctor said. They didn't take any tests at the hospital (no time for that), but I've got all the symptoms and I also worked in an event where there were thousands of foreigners..

It didn't really surprise me. I almost expected it.
